Reliable partners
BuckyDrop has been one of the most reliable partners we've worked with. I've been with them for the past 2.5 years. If you're sourcing from 1688, these guys are the real deal. Consistent, dependable, and they actually care about building a long term relationship rather than just processing orders and moving on. Lola and her WhatsApp team is super helpful for day to day stuff. Quick responses, sorted issues fast, never felt like I was being ignored. And the tech team has been great too. They've built out software solutions that genuinely make operations easier and when I've flagged things, they actually fix them. You can tell this is a company that's thinking long term. They focus on getting things right, improving over time, and keeping their clients around. That's hard to find in this space. Highly recommend.
