They made significant mistakes in my payslips and those of my coworkers. When I requested them to clarify some information that I needed for my taxes, they simply put me in a loop of AI replies that only said "we are working on this, you will get a reply within 24hs"... that went on for about 2 weeks without me never getting an answer. Ended up missing the date to present taxes in my country because of them. Some of my coworkers faced the exact same situation, truly shameful. Avoid if possible.
