Miniso do not guarantee their products-dont buy there
I have been a long time shopper at Miniso, usually buying brushes and hair products but also I did purchase their iPhone charger cords. last July I purchased 3 and took them out of the boxes to ship home once home one did not work ,not a biggie.so I Took it back to the store the other day they could see it did outwork its. $3 item but I wanted another ,after 15 min of testing and looking at it I presume the manager who could speak no English and used an iPhone to translate told me they would not replace as I did not ahed the box and receipt. really bad customer service it had miniso on the label clearly not working clearly theirs. so they have lost a long time customer.
