Held my money for 2 months and refused immediate refund!
I placed an order (No: [116560445]) on May 8, 2026. Banggood held my money for nearly two months, only to send me an automated email stating the item is out of stock and they might cancel it in 7 days. When I demanded an immediate refund, their customer support offered me an insulting 6% coupon with massive restrictions instead of giving my money back, and then tried to stall by saying they need to "investigate." There is nothing to investigate. They have my money, they don't have the product. This is unacceptable, deceptive, and borderline fraudulent behavior.
