Dissatisfied

I just got off the phone with a representative and wanted to leave my honest review. After months of receiving clothes from them, I had about 5 total things that I consider worth keeping. That in itself should let you know about the actual value of what you get for paying $80-$300 monthly. After receiving items that just were not worth it, I felt cheated on for being charged over and over again. I then received two items that I liked, however the sizing was wrong so I emailed and called requesting a replacement to a different size. I mentioned I read their policy on returns and was asking to please just give me a different size. I did not necessarily cared about the cost, rather than the item being the same. They were unable or unwilling to work with me and essentially just added some credit for the next box. Then I received the next box with the credit, full of items that seemed to be the leftovers or items in the back of the warehouse. Discontent I called and emailed about the situation. Long story short, they talked me into staying for another month with a slight discount. Next box, receive items that were okay at best, but at least right size. Last box I received, I received finally 3 items that I liked, yet once again, wrong sized. I called to let them know this is just not the way it should work, and they asked me to send the items back in order to replace them. I asked if I could at least get 2 of those items in the proper size, and I was met with the ever so reassuring (and I’m paraphrasIng) we can’t guarantee it but we will try, and if we can’t we will give you items of similar styles. To end this faster I’ll mention what those items were. Two jerseys sized XL, that I needed replaced to sizes L. What I got back as a same style replacement, was pants and shorts. I just called right now to request a refund and cancellation and let them know I was documenting everything, and my biggest issue with them is they just cannot move past whatever guidebook they have on what answers to give customers and connect with people’s actual needs. I received a robotic “unfortunately I cannot give you a refund but we can cancel.” Great, don’t refund me and cancel, but just be aware that if you do not learn to connect with your clientele, you will continue to lose customers. As somebody thinking of subscribing, I would recommend to do more research and if need be, email them asking about return policies, items available, and other inquiries such as these before committing because they don’t care once you start paying, which is why they try to market their first box as the best. I do have the email exchanges, pictures of items and conversations recorded by the way.
