I told your associate that I wanted to pay all 6 months UP FRONT, 3 times. They only charged me for ONE month. When I asked them to please charge the rest to my debit card they said that they could not do that and that I have to call your company to do what I had asked 3 times from the beginning. NOT a good start!!!
