Tent and Table

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I own a company that supplies products and equipment to hotels, resorts, and corporate clients. I placed a large order with Tent and Table because I urgently needed these tents for a major July 4th event for one of my customers. Before placing the order, I was assured that the products would ship in time to arrive in Miami by the end of the week. A few days later, I was told again that the order would ship within the next day. Based on those assurances, I continued to rely on them and kept my customer informed that everything was on schedule. After waiting for more than a week and repeatedly requesting updates, I was finally informed—only a few days before the event—that my order had never even left their warehouse. Shortly afterward, they canceled the order, explaining that they had simply been too busy. This wasn’t just an inconvenience. It seriously damaged my credibility with one of my most important clients. As a business that serves other businesses, reliability is everything. When a supplier repeatedly promises shipment and then cancels at the last minute, it puts their customers in an impossible position. While they offered a refund, that does not compensate for the lost business opportunities, the damage to my professional reputation, or the stress caused by having to find an alternative supplier with almost no time remaining. If your purchase is time-sensitive or your business depends on meeting deadlines, I strongly recommend exercising caution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tent and Table for orders with critical delivery schedules.
