They lost my package and have ghosted…
They lost my package and have ghosted me on WhatsApp. It has been “out for delivery” for 3 weeks now. They refuse to respond to me, refund me, or resend the package. Completely unprofessional. I have emailed and whatsapped them multiple times. It shows they’re online just not responding. Very disappointed, needed these for my business. Leaving this review in hopes they respond to me
