Received my package and arrived on time. Package was packaged well and there wasn't any loos part. the box looks like have a slight damage but inside has no damage at all. The product instruction was very clear. One suggestion is on the CFS , I made a simple mistaking using a smaller roll, which explain why it wouldn't feed. The QR troubleshoot was good, it show how to fix it, but doesn't state you need the larger roll. I notice that when I saw the video., and notice there is roller that move. Another good recommendation is to put a sticker on the CFS to show them one time. Also one more suggestion is some roll that are cardboard base not recommend. Best to use plastic spool. Overall experience was good. On the mobile app I did have some issue trying to print to single spool vs CFS. I think that can be slighly better improve. Compare to flashforge. I was impress. I purchased 2 flashforge and end up returning it because the product jammed on first use, and the 2nd unit, was damage as well. So I went to Creality K2 Combo and love this.
