The company is doing great but when items ship the carriers are dropping the ball. Fed Ex said I would get a package Wednesday then changed it to Friday but at least they told me. My filament order was 3 days late with USPS with no updates on when i could expect it and so on. The shipment insurance that is available via a third party is a terrible, they are unreachable and when you do get a hold of them they do not meet the level of Creality's standards.
