The dough catcher broke
The dough catcher broke, and dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. I contacted them more than 20 times with almost no response. After weeks of chasing them, they promised to send a replacement part, but it’s been over two months and I still haven’t received it. Poor product, terrible customer service, and broken promises. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products.
