Terrible experience. Would never order again.
We got the incorrect size originally. I thought it would be an easy exchange for the correct size but instead was charged close to $50 for a new ring. They sent the same size ring again as the original order instead of the size up like requested. And nowhere does it say in the packaging that we would be charged if we took the black tag off of the ring.
