Are reading the comments...I will be declining my recent offer! The fact that Rocket advertise money the same or next day is so misleading....Although I have not finalized the loan just reading how they want you to upload all these very invasive documents along with access your banking account to snoop around...I'm not understanding what a credit score is for at this point...Either you don't trust the very thing you report to or it's just to collect data from people knowing you are not going to approve them anyways.... This should be against the Law! To invade someone bank account to see their personal business....It's so sad life has made us so desperate to allow this type of invasion.... If a credit report is not enough to see into a personal credit worthiness then you should not be doing loans! The sad part is y'all need our money to even loan money...It's all a scam! I hate I have a mortgage with Rocket! Just like they added $4500 in fees to mortgage in 2025 talking about something back from 2020 with my escrow.... That should have never been able to happen! I hate the banking system and everything it stands for! Updated: This is what Rocket respond to the $4500 charge that was added to my account from 2021 in 2025 Thank you for reaching out in regard to the advances on your behalf that you are showing due to the loan. In reviewing the loan information, when the loan modification was being completed, the escrow shortage amount was not added as should have been and therefore we are needing to collect this balance with the current loan held with us going forward. This can be paid at any time with no further interest or fees being added. A letter regarding this advance was processed and mailed via the mailing address at the end of March for your records.
