Best Buy is beyond horrible. Poor customer service with getting new computers repaired. Lies about repairs, lies about return times, lies about sending an item to Atlanta. These people here in Montgomery, Alabama boldly lie to your face and don’t care one iota. NO MORE BEST BUY!!!! Don’t even buy the membership. MORE LIES!!
