I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of two bundles of your Burmese Curly extensions Upon receiving the package, I was incredibly disappointed by the actual amount of hair included in each bundle. The bundle size is significantly smaller than expected for the price point. Furthermore, your website does not indicate how many bundles are required for a full-head installation. This crucial information was completely missing from the product description, which I found to be highly misleading. Because of the lack of transparency and the sparse amount of hair provided, I am unable to complete my planned style with what I purchased. As a result of this experience, I will not be purchasing from your company again.
