Buying a home can be stressful, but this team made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Lindsey, my loan officer, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable, and always responded so quickly whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Kelly, my loan coordinator, was amazing as well! She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything moving, and our closing ended up being moved up, which meant so much to our family. Everyone I interacted with was kind, personable, and truly cared about making this a positive experience. I never felt like just another file, they treated us like people.
