Mystery bundles are a scam
I have ordered multiple times from the company, and when I had no problems with the orders everything went quite smoothly. However I would NOT recommend purchasing from the store, or do it at your own risk, because as soon as they mess up your order it's really hard to get quick replies from customer service, or proper refunds. I ordered two pieces of their "exlusive archive sale bundles", that were marketed having INDIVIDUALLY selected MIX of items. And from the "archive bundle" you would think you might get some old items they don't stock anymore, like they were hinting in the description of the item is possible. This was however a scam and completely false advertisement. In my bundle(order number #192063) I received only SIX PIECES OF THE SAME DRESS, and nothing else. Trying to contact customer service they reply very slowly. First they said I could return the items and they would refund me. They told me to start a return/refund claim. I did that. Then they cancelled my claim for the refund/return, and now they are only offering for me a 25$ refund for this mess. The worst part is, this has happened to many other people who ordered this "archive sale bundle". So many people only got their bags full of this same "St Phoenix" dress. It's safe to say I will never order from them again.
