Never Received order
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered because I was trying to switch to do my own lashes. First of all, I couldn't track the package which I always do because they always leave packages at the wrong door so I have someone pick them up. So the tracker never pulled up when I tried to load the page. Second when I finally got a notification that the package was "delivered" with a picture I sent someone to get the package and it was not there. I contacted customer service and contacted the courier and neither resolved the issue. I was basically told I was out of luck and it's not their problem because they have a picture. How do I know the courier didn't take the package after taking the picture? 2 packages were in the "proof of delivery picture" and both were missing. I have never experienced such a problem with any other company or courier as with these two. So I spent almost $70 to not have received anything when they could've easily just replaced the product. They tried to offer a coupon on my next purchase. Now why would I buy from them again when this was my first experience? Never again.
