gave me wrong information
Gave me incorrect information on my package from TGE. They sent me an email saying to come collect my package (which was meant to be delivered to my house) and added that it would be returned to sender if I did not pick it up, pressuring me to get it now. So drive 40mins to get it only to arrive and learn that it is on a delivery to my house. Actually useless
