HUGE Refund problem + CHEAPEST quality
Around half May I have placed an order on their website. As soon as the dress arrived I tried it on but I wasn't happy with the outcome (low quality, cheap materials like 100% polyester, and overall visibly cheap dress even if it costed more than 90€). Since it was a dress for a big event for me, I decided to refund it and look for something better elsewhere. Even finding the procedure for a refund in the website was itself an annoying process but that's not my big complain. I proceed as they ask: the dress was pristine (tried it on just once at home to see the fit), it still had every original tag, i even had the original bag, instruction paper and SHIPPING bag, and shipped within 14 days as asked in the web site. Luckily i still had the tracking code with me because I took a picture of it, otherwise I would have had nothing so I really recommend you to keep your tracking code so that you can verify yourself. I was checking the tracking every now and then, when I noticed that it was arrived at their warehouse. Their website provides a ""tracking"" for your refund, but it was stuck on "shipped". The days went by as I was waiting for their website tracking to change from shipped to delivered so that I could get my money back but nothing changed. A bit more than a week later I decided to contact the customer service (do not use their chatbox in the website, as useful as a fork for drinking) through email, in the attachment i put the screenshot of the tracking code saying "delivered", so thay had no excuses. They actually replied in a day, so I was very surprised, they even said that they will proceed with the refund so I just patiently waited. The day after, I received another email from them with the details of my refund and turns out they refunded 58€, only PART of the amount. To be specific, I have spent a total of 90,61€ (86,95€ the dress, 5,95€ shipping, 2,95€ shipping protection, in between I had a little discount from a coupon). I understand if they can not refund me the 2,95€ for shipping protection, or 5,95€ for the shipping cost, but why not refunding me the whole amount of the dress? There isn't written anywhere in the refund policy that they will refund only a specific amount. I have, once again, contacted their customer service but still nothing. Also, I want to be clear guys, their dress look amazing in pictures, but when you see them irl they totally look cheap, that was one of the big NO for me, and even the quality is outrageous. Do not get fooled by their nice words^^
