Great experience ordering a mattress from Emma Mason! Shout out to Kenneth Riech and Niña Lene who provided excellent customer service and kept me informed from the moment of purchase throughout the entire order processing and local delivery and set up. I was nervous ordering from an unknown (to me) east coast company for a delivery to central Oregon, but it was the best experience. I really appreciated the detailed explanation of the process and answering my questions. Kenneth kept me informed on what to do to promptly move the order through the system and Niña kept me updated on the entire delivery which was made exactly on time with no muss or fuss. I can’t recommend Emma Mason who clearly has excellent business processes and high performers.
