Michelle was extremely helpful. Took time to listen to what my issue was and immediately took action. These days it’s rare for a real person to even answer a phone call. Michelle handled it immediately and I received an email in less than 24 hours after the phone call to let me know the situation was resolved! Thumbs up to Michelle and this company. This wasn’t the first time they’ve been quick to resolve a problem. Highly recommend!! Oh yeah, the call was made at 6pm eastern time so I was very surprised that a person picked up the phone.
