Very disappointed and don't recommend…
Very disappointed and don't recommend at all. The light sent had the wrong wiring for the US, and the mounting box was too small. Customer service is an email. Initially responsive and offered the correct mounting box size but no mention on correct wiring. I asked to return. Was told I pay for shipping and 10% restocking fee which basically is more than half the cost of the light. When I suggested it was their error and they should pay I was rapidly ghosted despite sending several emails. Very disappointed. Do not order from them if in the US is my recommendation. Update based on response. As indicated above I acknowledge the offer for the new canopy. What was not addressed is the wiring. Which is still ignored below. I've written off the expense for a product unusable in my home.
