I am very disappointed with my g4
I am very disappointed with my experience purchasing the KuKirin G4. After only about three weeks of normal use, my scooter developed a serious fault and became unusable. To make matters worse, the original charger sparked and failed while charging, which was extremely concerning and made me question the safety of the product. When I contacted customer support, I provided every video and piece of information they requested. They concluded that the charger was the problem and sent me a replacement charger. Unfortunately, this did not fix the scooter because the actual issue was with the scooter itself. After further communication, I was informed that my G4 would be replaced because it was defective. I was even given the choice of waiting for a new G4 or switching to a G2 Master since the G4 was out of stock. I believed my warranty claim had been approved. However, everything changed after that. Another support representative restarted my case from the beginning and asked me to send the same videos again, despite the replacement already being discussed. I received conflicting information from different representatives and spent weeks repeating the same explanations instead of receiving a solution. I have now been told that if I want a refund, I must ship the scooter to their warehouse in Poland for inspection. I was also informed that if their technicians decide the scooter is not defective, I may be charged between €40 and €500 for shipping, inspection, handling, and other related costs. After everything I have already gone through, this has left me feeling very uncertain about pursuing the warranty claim. The most disappointing part was not that the scooter failed—electronics can sometimes have defects—but how inconsistent and frustrating the warranty process became. I expected much better after-sales support for such an expensive purchase. I hope KuKirin improves both the quality of its products and its customer service so that future customers do not have to go through the same experience.
