Horrible import practices for replacement parts.
I orderd a part for the Smallrig AD01 tripod, a part of the leg retention system just failed after 2.5 years... So they sent it from China, didn't set up proper import, I had to get a special important authorization and registration, that I never had to before, and I've orderd hundreds of items from China and other non eu countries, and it never went this bad. The part was 2 euros, dhl made me pay 60 euros, because Smallrig didn't send the package properly. When contacted, Smallrig said this is something I'll just have to solve, bye. Lower smallrig as a brand, but this is unacceptable. Also, not having replacement parts available in Europe, or for some parts at all, is basically a scam into making you buy a new product, when you'd just like to fix the old. This whole process took 2 months.
