Buyer beware if you ever need customer service. I have purchased multiple 20-inch wigs from LUVME this year. My most recent 20-inch wig was materially different from my previous purchases. I contacted customer service the same day it arrived. Instead of resolving the issue, they requested a new piece of evidence in nearly every email. I complied every time by providing comparison photos, ruler measurements, screenshots of my previous purchases, and even cutting a sample of hair because they instructed me to do so. After days of back-and-forth, my issue still wasn’t resolved, and I was eventually sent an automated delay email on the same thread we’d need communication on, clearly in order to close the issue. I ultimately had to open a PayPal dispute.
