I made a purchase of a 3×500 dollar usdt gift cards on the 27th of June 2026, 1 of ghe cards were invalid i have sent at least 4 emails to support to have this rectified todate 4th of July there has been no resolution or any assistance has been given, support even made an attempt to close my que by saying it was indicated that my issue was resolved, which could not be furthest from the truth, that coupled with the many emails sent and no response given leads me to wonder why?. I paid for my product I did not receive it and now I am being ignored and attempts to silence my request.. I need assistance asap
