5-10% improvement
after the free trial where i get the 40-50% reduction of my ping and packet loss I was hooked, then purchase the 1 year subscription but after a long run the services badly decline as of the moment I am only getting 5-10% improvement. I am not certain if it is their service and servers got deteriorated overtime tho.
