Great products, but delivery failures risk destroying the business
I'd only recently started as a subscription customer for NMN and resveratrol. I'd received one batch of NMN, which was excellent, but cancelled before my first resveratrol delivery arrived, so I can't comment on that product specifically. The reason I cancelled is dispatch and delivery. One of my orders was never dispatched properly and ended up lost in transit entirely. I understand this is anecdotal, based on my own experience plus other reviews here, but it's also consistent with the fact that Partiqlar uses a courier rated just 1.2 on Trustpilot. Customer service was polite and apologetic when I raised it, and offered a reshipment plus partial refund, but that misses the point. This isn't about a discount. It's about a courier relationship that seems to be actively damaging the brand. When deliveries work, they're fine. When they fail, they fail completely: parcels vanish, or arrive months late. That's not a minor inconvenience for subscription customers, it's a total breach of trust in the one thing a subscription service depends on: reliably showing up. I cancelled my subscriptions as a direct result. Not because I don't rate the products, but because I have no confidence deliveries will happen on time, or at all. Competitors in this space manage logistics without these problems, so this looks like a fixable, self-inflicted wound rather than an industry-wide issue. I'm posting this because I want Partiqlar to succeed. The formulations deserve a company that isn't undermining itself at the fulfilment stage. If the courier and dispatch process are overhauled, I'd happily become a customer again.
