They are not the most honest company
They are not the most honest company, in my opinion. I currently work as the Head of Business Development at a brokerage company that has been in business for five years. WikiFX gave us a negative review and, according to our experience, asked us to make payments in connection with improving our rating. We did pay or “subscribe” to their score-boosting service, after which our score improved significantly. However, after we stopped paying, our score dropped again. They also published an article citing negative user reviews as evidence against us. We believe at least one of those reviews was fake because the screenshot attached by the reviewer did not appear to show our platform. Despite this, WikiFX still used that review as evidence in its negative coverage of our company. All of this happened within weeks of us stopping the payments. Based on our experience, I would advise brokers to be very cautious about paying for these services. As for traders, I would also recommend independently verifying the information and reviews published on the platform. In our experience, we have serious concerns about whether its scoring and review system treats paying and non-paying brokers impartially.
