Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. The item, which was very expensive was not delivered to the person I specifically addressed it to on my order. In fact, they allowed a random person to sign for it and take the item without ensuring the intended person received it. The item was over $600. I repeatedly pointed that out to customer service in my follow-up and they repeatedly ignored that, did not offer to resend the item or offer a credit. Warning: do not use this service. I send expensive gifts on a regular basis from other providers (Jewerly, wine from Sonoma, Europe). This provider is amateurish and perfectly to endure reviews like this one as you can see here and on Better Business Bureau.
