I'm so happy to work with them. Their shipping and production timelines are stable, I hope they can maintain this performance during the peak holidays as well. They solved my order's problems at good and really be supportive when I needed help. Thank Yoycol so much for your good service.
They've been doing a great job overall. While issues can occasionally happen, what matters most is how they handle them, and they've always been willing to work through problems with patience and professionalism. I'm especially grateful to Wendy for all of her support. She has been incredibly patient, responsive, and understanding throughout our communication, and I truly appreciate the effort she puts into helping me. I hope they continue to maintain their product quality and stable shipping times, especially during major sales events. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication!
