Subscription scam – don’t fall for it like I did
Purchased this once, gave to my 13-year-old beagle/ridgeback that has fatty lumps, went through two containers and no change then they sent me another one and charged me $160 for another order that I did not place, tried canceling, no one responded, so I decided to keep trying and give it to her and still absolutely no change. I have requested to cancel and get a refund on that second order twice and no one responded. Now two more orders have been charged to my card and shipped to me each $160 when there are several emails of me requesting to not be on a subscription and not be charged. This product doesn’t work and They will just keep charging you until you cancel your credit card. Found the original email where they put me on a subscription for $40 for two containers but somehow it changed to $160 for two containers and the buttons to view change or cancel your subscription don’t work and the support email address is unresponsive. First order was in January and I’ve been billed every month since.
