Dissapointed
i am extremely underwhelmed and dissapointed with amber as not only have they misinformed me about details to do with accommodation but also have failed to communicate properly with important information that i needed to make my process easier. the booking process was long and the service was very poor. Roshni the booking manager in charge was no help at all.
