Misleading information
I had booked my premium economy return tickets with travelopod and I was supposed to fly to India on 02/26/26 bur due to my father being really unwell I had to prepone my flight. I called travelpod to prepone my flight, but they told me it will cost me around $3000. I declined their offer and took another flight and saved lot of money. I was told by travelopod that my other ticket is of no use as I have booked the flight on my own and all my money is gone. On March 6th Travelopod agent called me on my whatsApp and if I pay 900 dollars, he can save my previous ticket, but I have to book it for September and later he will change it to whatever date I want without charging any more money. When I called Travelopod to change my date to Novemebter 2026, they told me it will cost me around 3,000 dollars more and if I downgrade to economy, it will cost me 3,80 dollars. Please be aware they give misleading information and make you write positive reviews about them. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau. Please take everything in writing from them as their words means nothing and are not trustworthy. They do not provide any good services and are just there to defraud you. I have already spent close to 4,500 for a flight I booked a year in advance.
