The team was very supportive and their response time was top notch. Their product is outstanding, which is why I wanted to continue using it, even if one part failed after just a couple of months. Thankfully the customer service handled it quickly and sufficiently, that they made sure I got another one asap, and made sure I got the product even after shipping it at their end. The product and customer service are seriously good, should be very proud of the team.
