Horrible lack of accountability
My husband recieved a printer for Christmas and it began leaking resin with each print due to a small hole. He reached out and went through weeks of them claiming they never sent damaged product. Finally they made suggestions to fix it, but the screws were stripped so he couldn’t fix it even if he wanted to!!! They finally agree to send a new one and we just recieved a USED one with HOLES in the film bath! Not small ones either!
