Not sure yet about the longevity of the product, but customer service is awesome.
This was my first time buying a WattCycle product and my first time dealing with their customer service. For the product, I am mostly happy with it. I bought the 314ah mini version to be used as the house battery in our camper van. It ran flawlessly at first but unfortunately it died on us without warning after one year. That said, the customer service has been awesome to deal with. They proposed different things to try to revive the battery, and when it didn't work, they offered to send a replacement, and even prepared a return label for me. So a solid 5 stars for their after-sale support, and 3 stars for the actual product. I will update the product score if everything goes well with the replacement.
