Excellent Customer Service
We mistakenly received a defective hat press. Our lack of experience caused us to not be fully aware of the problem for some time. We just assumed we were doing something wrong and that's why we were not getting good results. Months after having the unit and not using it, we contacted the company. In just a few short emails we got a new unit on its way to us. We have every confidence this new unit will work perfectly. Thank you, HTVRONT, for being so prompt to correct our issue. We are anxiously waiting for our new hat Press :-)
