Still haven't received my package
Still haven't received my package, 18 has in transit for 18+ days. I have not received any updates since 6/29. I tried to do a chat with a virtual assistant and they ended up trying to make me pay 5$ now and 40$ for a annual fee just to find out where the heck my package is. I already paid for the item, and the delivery fee. I don't understand how this company would as a person looking to find answers about their missing package and ask for them to pat more to find out??? Just update me on my package and it's actual delivery date.
