christian was the absolute best
christian was the absolute best! i felt very taken care of with prompt responses, problem solving and kindness. i even told christian in our correspondence that i was going to tell everyone how wonderful petlibro's customer support is :) and because of this, i feel really happy with purchasing a petlibro product. please pass on all the praise to christian, what a wonderful human!
