I had to wait 2 months for the delivery of a package, before the carrier did not call me on my number and they finally return my package. After exchanging with the after-sales service, they offer me a discount on my next delivery and finally claim ¥290 to unblock my situation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM AND CHOOSE ANOTHER APP.
