Bad customer service.
I ordered a cosplay the 30th of May I tried to order it way earlier, but even tho the use date was pretty far ahead, and they promised 35 days tailoring time, it was not shipped prior to the use date, meaning I had to cancel my order. They said I would recieve the funds within a week, but after 14 days and a followup message, I have not yet recieved my money nor been responded to. I also tried to cancel earlier, but they asked me to pay for faster delivery.
