I ordered a couple of DAC units on June 13. The order stayed in processing for 9 days and only after trying to reach someone in customer service with no answer, left a message regarding the order, did my order finally get processed and shipped. In fairness, SparkFun did credit my shipping costs in exchange for the delay and I finally did receive my parts. Since the new ownership and staff changes, SparkFun has certainly lost their polish on order processing and the back office.
