Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, AI bot most of the time giving you basic responses. Then the representatives have no answer or help at all. I had Zelle service this morning and then none all of a sudden. Said it was "system generated". Well maybe it shouldn't be automated or generated unless they are sure we can keep it. Such a mess and makes it more complicated for me for no reason.
