The customer representative was extremely helpful. Very friendly (not too much) and was right on with what I needed. As a first time buyer, I needed direction in my first purchase with your company. She represented your company well as she assisted me with my purchase. I appreciated that she didn't upsell me but rather sold me an honest to goodness product.
