My feeder stopped working and they have a great warranty. I first sent the video of what it was doing and then 4 days later I spoke to a person. And she helped get what was needed. My customer service rep was the most helpful. Give her 10 stars. Thank you for this feeder is so valuable for my very old cat that eats many time a day . Highly recommend this company!
