I took the stretch coach training live…
I took the stretch coach training live (even though it was at 6-8 am my time) and it exceeded my expectations. Both Lucas and Camilo were excellent instructors and the program is very well thought out. The course balanced lecture sections with excellent information and visuals to educate on the science, physiology and principles; guided practices to experience the stretches, as well as how to teach and modify each stretch to accommodate all students and enable progress. The short impromptu opportunities to teach/learn from classmates (in the Zoom break out rooms) were great learning tools and it was fun to meet fellow students from around the world. The course also provided content and guidance for logistics of how to start teaching, class structures, marketing, etc. Was a great experience that really ticks the boxes to prepare you to be a stretch coach!
