Terrible service and platform delivery
Terrible service and platform delivery. Couldn’t even manage or access my own booking and contacted the service team twice and they were no help whatsoever. Kept telling me the exact same thing I was telling them and was no help to resolve my problem. Ended up having to go directly through the airline which I should’ve done in the first place. Honestly would like a refund as compensation because it’s ridiculous but whatever. Do not book through Traveloka and book directly with your airlines. Their whole website and servicing feels like a scam.
