I went online to purchase a new vape and found what I was looking for and added it to the cart. I used the standard shipping 2-5 days and when I went to check the status it was on pre order status not arriving until mid August. When I tried to get help customer service it doesn’t seem to exist the phone number is completely useless as it’s the warranty department and they don’t seem able to answer their emails. So yeah I wouldn’t recommend using the geek ape store. You’re better off at a local shop. All I want now is a refund and it seems highly unlikely they’ll give it to me seeing the trouble I’ve had just trying to get through to some form of customer service.
